Orly Bakehouse didn’t start in a professional kitchen. It started in a home filled with the smell of pandan, vanilla, and way too many taste-testing sessions.
I’m Orly Mollard. I grew up in Thailand, where food is basically a love language. When I moved to Brisbane to start a life with my husband and our family, I brought those flavors with me. But here’s the problem I kept finding: most cakes either looked incredible but tasted like cardboard, or they tasted great but looked a bit “meh.”
I reckon you shouldn’t have to choose.
I started Orly Bakehouse because I wanted to create something truly custom for your special someone—the kind of cake that stops the room when it’s brought out for a birthday, but actually gets finished down to the last crumb. Whether it’s a milestone celebration or just a treat for your favorite human, I put the same heart into your cake that I do for my own family.
Brisbane is home now, and there’s nothing I love more than helping my local community celebrate their biggest moments with a bit of Thai heart and Aussie soul.
